Who we are
In 1882, Father McGivney formed the Knights of Columbus. The goal of the group was to care for the poor and the widowed, to make its members better Catholics and better Americans, and to contribute to the spiritual and civic well-being of the church and the local communities of its members. We continue by supporting our parish and priests.
What we do
Each year, we reach many of the causes listed below with your financial help:
- Tucson Diocese Vocation Fund
- Tucson Diocese Seminarians
- Padre Kino
- Redemptorists Seminarians
- Educational Scholarships for a Student Parishioner
- Reach-Out Pregnancy Center
- Family First in Oracle
- Casa Maria Center- provides meals to homeless individuals
- St Matthews Diocese Special Education Programs
- Oracle School SE program
- St. Vincent de Paul Society
- Homeless and Wounded Veteran Organizations
- Red Cross Blood Drive sponsored by Council 12345
- Santa Catalina Parish and our many ministries

How we fundraise
Each year the Knights of Columbus Council 12345 holds several fund-raising events. These events include our monthly parish breakfasts, our St Patrick’s day celebration, the Football mania campaign, the KC State charity raffle, the parish Bingo night, and many more…
